1) Put the Stratos.jar in your plugins directory
2) Install Multiverse Core if you don't have it
3) Start your server
4) Run the command :

/mv create <worldname> normal -g Stratos
To use a predefined seed, use the command :

/mv create <worldname> normal -g Stratos -s <seed>
