1.0 Design Threads as an actual update?

I had no idea how to title this. Anyway, what I want to do is take everything from the current design threads, and then format everything as if it was an actual update. (Hopefully that makes more sense). I just wanna know if this would be worth the time.

People gonna be like "oh this is pointless, wait til admins release it". No, because I don't want to wait 4-5 business days for their update to come out, so let me fantasise >:l
