1.21 is very buggy

Cant spawn new mobs like camels and goats, Biome changing is very goofy and the colors fail to change most of the time, cant crouch under slabs, cant get glow ink sacs and cant color signs, cant right click to modify signs, glass pane and iron bars get placed like they are connected. It just feels like 1.8 converted to "work" on 1.21
