A change to Derpy's increase to Auction Tax


Derpy was recently changed so that instead of closing Auction house, he now quadruples the Auction and Bazaar Tax

and I just realised, that might be a bad idea.

I propose that Derpy would quadruple the Auction and Bazaar Tax, but only of orders/auctions that have been started during Derpy.

If someone has an existing Auction and then Derpy gets elected and someone buys the item in the auction how much sense does it make that the Auction Tax...
