Hi everyone! I recently hit 100 ranks gifted and I just wanted to share with people how I chose who to gift and how you can get a rank up for free.

For starters, at least for me, nons get priority. If you have a grey name, you're much more likely to be gifted than if you're VIP or MVP. This is mainly due to money, its a lot cheaper to buy somebody VIP than it is to rank them up from VIP to VIP+ or VIP+ to MVP.
