a "fair" way to get old firesales skins on ironman

I know some players argue that you don't need old skins - yes, they are 100% not required for anything in terms of progression and SB xp.

But many ironman players would love to get acces to skins and dyes from previous firesales. Many propose an ironman-only shop for skins (maybe with increased prices), but i think that would undermine the skins value (imagine a black sheep skin going for ~1350 (?) gems in potentialy unlimited amount for ironman players (even if limited to 1...
