This is just a concept, but here is an example:

[Berserker Weapon]
Damage: +100
Strength: +50
Bonus Attack Speed: -999,999%
Ferocity: -999,999

For every hit on the same enemy, deal 1.1x damage on your next hit to them. Stacks multiplicatively, caps at 15% of the enemy's max HP.

[General Weapon/Ultility]
Damage: +1

Gains +1 of a random combat stat per exponent of 1.01 kills. (Ex. 1.01 ^ 1000 kills (about 21,000) = 1000 random stats)
