A Fix for Soulbinding everything in the Crimson isle update and heavy pearls

In the new update for the Crimson Isle Most everything is soul-bound armor, weapons, Heavy pearls, etc.
A slight fix to this is to 1 make it so unmodified gear like no starred gear and gear without ultimate enchants
are not soul-bound, how ever when a ultimate enchant gets put on it or a star soul-bind the item. to accommodate
the items value the Ah would need to be fixed to allow for more than integer limit which could work somewhat
like player to player trading when choosing coins, yes...
