It would do pretty much the opposite of a builder's wand, it would allow you to delete all blocks on your island in a selected area, the blocks would all either be placed in your stash/inventory or they would fill up your builders wand space, depending on what you choose. This would allow for bigger and more robust builds on islands without worrying about having to take it down if you don't like it. I feel like it would be a nice quality of life item that would really help the community.
