A "Now Playing" embed

Hello, newbie here, is there any working API or widget that allows a user to share their "Now Playing" data from a music streaming service like Spotify? The data is there and it can be shared to a Discord application as well as to last.fm. How can someone make this data visible on a public forum powered by xenForo?
