A question about alts for boosting in queue

I play nodebuff its like my main gamemode and lots of people boost in that gamemode so people forget their alts in their sometimes and its really obvious when its an alt for boosting as well so.

I play the game and i queue against these alts a decent amount and kill them. Am I technically getting boosted? I always /report but am I supposed to jus get off the game until they go away or smth
