My question is, has barry ever been chosen as mayor
my suggestion is that a good buff to bary should happen.
Most people would make him give more enchaning/alchemy xp. But i can thing of something interestin.
He could have a perk called "Wizard shop" which could sell more magic items. Magic items and boring only really doing one thing. But barry could sell spell books that have a right and left click ability. Maybe a new mechanic could be added that allows you to make custom spell books...
