Get an ascension rope and try to get all Crystal's and leave the amethyst one for last.
Then go do the jungle parkour and finish it then claim the crystal but don't leave the temple by lever, use the ascension rope, then go to the crystal nucleus, claim the loot bundle, and then go back to the jungle temple and done you will see the jungle door still open and you can finish the parkour again without spending any keys.
So you could say you used 1 jungle key for 2 Crystal's which is pretty...
