It would a series of talismans that decrease the effects of the venom debuff.
The starting one would be common and give a 15% reduction, and each following one would give an extra 15% reduction until you get to epic. This epic talisman could be combined with the -Redacted- talisman and some of the drops from the spiders den like soul string and enchanted fermented spiders eyes to make a legendary talisman that gives immunity to both poison and venom.
