A way to be able to play dungeons solo

Hey guys, as we know, party finder is not the best way to play dungeons (It's horrible), and most of the people (Me, for example) doesn't have people to play dungeons with.

This is gonna be a short suggestion but I just cant make it longer.

So, my suggestion is to make a solo dungeon mode but with few changes (To balance it):
-Less time penalization (Because the runs will be longer).
-More stats, maybe a 2x of your stats (Because you are playing solo, you don't have second lifes nor...
