A way to prevent/catch mining macroers?

I can be completely wrong rn, cause I'm a numbnut when it comes to programming, but don't macros follow a specific pattern every single time, in WASD movements, Head movements, Left/Right Clicks, Shift etc? Couldn't Hypixel program watchdog (or something else) to focus on those patterns? They're always going to be the exact same, or else the macroer loses efficiency/breaks the route (like those farming macroers that were kicked out of the garden and kept doing the macro route in the HUB...
