A weird idea to change dungeon item requirements

As we all know, when almost any item is dungeonized, it has a cata level requirement. But instead of that, what if they require class levels?

I know it seems weird, but it makes more sense for zombie knight armour from f5 to have a bers 11 req, rather than cata 14, and skeleton master from f7 require archer 20 rather than cata 24. You may notice these numbers as slightly lower than the cata req, but people want to play lots of classes, and be able to switch around.
