Add Jump Boost Message During Grounded OR Make It A Counter To Grounded

I don't think this is intuitive for the average player, but I suggest we add a message somewhere that says,

"Jump Boost potions are ineffective during Grounded."

Alternatively, we could make it so Jump Boost potions make it so you can normally jump as well.
