Admins want to make game fun, but players simply wont allow it

Hello all,
Yeah thats right, Im talking about Skyblock.
The topic of staleness in Skyblock has seem to rise again, so I just want to talk about it, in particular one update the Admins proposed.
We all know Skyblock players just love efficiency. They simply cant do without it. This is so bad up to the point where if you dont have specific gears or weapons, you were simply kicked from dungeon parties, or kuudra, or literally any other party mode style fight in Skyblock.
