Allow HTML to be posted for certain groups

Is there a way to allow HTML to be embedded into a resource description without an add-on? If not, does anyone know of an add-on that enables this functionality?

To clarify, I don't want to embed the HTML as a code snippet, I want to actually have it rendered by the browser. Yes, I understand this is potentially a security risk, however I was hoping it might be a separate permission that I can enable for a specific group.
