Am I safe to use a cosmetic mod on the Hypixel server without receiving a ban?

I am a Minecraft player who does not have a cape. I really want a cape, and I found a mod that may give me custom capes. This mod is called "Cloakes+".
(Search it on YouTube) Do you guys have any safe cape mod suggestions that i can use on hypixel without getting a ban? Or any ways to get a cape of some sort? I play on Lunar Client on 1.8.9. Thank you for taking the time to read this.
