There is a e-mail problem
SMTP is configured as one.com describes in Methode 2:

When sending a test e-mail I get this message:
++ Starting XF\Mail\SmtpTransport
!! Connection to tcp://mailout.one.com:465 Timed Out (code: 0)
I don't know what else to implement!
