Suggested solution:
In /src/XF/DevelopmentOutput/Route.php find:

$subNameFile = preg_replace('#[^a-z0-9_-]#i', '-', $subName);

Replace with:

        $subNameFile = preg_replace('#[^a-z0-9_-]#i', '-', $subNameFile);
