Attribute Refund AND Kuudra Armor Revamp IDEA

I was thinking about a solution to the issues of:

1. Kuudra becoming irrelevant with the removal of attributes
2. The players wanting a refund for attributes without giving too many attributes that the new system is completed immediately with too much overflow
3. Kuudra armor sets getting a huge nerf

I suggest we add a similar system to kuudra item drops **(like the current one for Skeleton Master Chestplate and other dungeon mob drops)** where they have a rating out of 50...
