Automatic Usergroup Prefix - Automatically assign a prefix to specific usergroup on create thread

Features:

• Admin can set forced prefix on specific usergroups while create a prefix.
• Default prefix option will be hide for forced usergroups.
• Forced prefix will be automatically assign on create thread
