Automatically add users to group with 2FA as a criteria?

Hello,

I created a group for a specific section of the board where only members of this group can post. Criteria are : members have at least 50 posts and have 2FA enabled.

I also created the automatic promotion to this group but I cannot find a way to automatically add to this group the members that already meet the criteria.

Any ideas?
