Here it what i think is the best mining setup.
I'm only going to be talking about armor, pet, and drill and the raw materials it costs to make it all
Armor
The best mining armor (as the post was created) is Divans Armor. It is Legendary set and is crafted in the Forge. Each piece of armor can hold 2 jades, 2 ambers, and 1 topaz.
You require Heart of the Mountain Tier 6 to use it.
