Bring back /attributemenu on main

So they have removed attributes from crafting items and normal mob drops. They have reduced the amount of refunded shards of tier 1, 2 attribute pieces so higher tiers are no longer diminishing, therefore I believe /attributemenu menu should be re-enabled so players can start merging up attribute levels, reducing a large amount of time wasted in order to transfer to the new system. Technically, it is not abusive or anything in my opinion.
