BUG: One for all (not new with balancing was already present)

I have put OFA on my voidedge katana (which before hand had all basic enchants with no ultimate enchant) and it still does fire aspect damage (only 40 even with the new changes) and if i try to put Telekinesis on it it will replace the OFA enchant . Please just make telekinesis part of the OFA enchant or just figure out another way to fix this.
