"Buy as many as you can" option to NPC's

The title basically says what it is. Add an option to various NPC's to buy as many items as you can. This would be added to every NPC in the game that buys and sells stuff except auction house. This wouldn't be particularly helpful for most of them but for Jax and the bazaar it would be really helpful.
