Cache for the first time

Hi i want to test cache solution in xenforo, after done some readings i see there is a simple function (File system cache) so some doubts.

1º- I have cloudflare, this is compatible?
2º- Do you recommend other cache solution for beginners?
3º- The cache (File system cache) only work for guests?
-There is any local were i can see what is caching?
- Wen the cache is renewed?
