When you rush, you have the chance to fall off bridging to lag, die or get pearl rushed from middle. However, if you rush middle quickly or kill your first rush, get bow, and camp at your base, virtually nobody can come and kill you. Especially if you get diamond emerald forge dragon buff etc. So there is virtually no way to win the game.
As opposed to if you did rushing like a weirdo no touch grass sweat, then you can lose to lag or to better player but what tf is somebody gonna do...
