Can't find this function anymore

I don't know if this has been stripped off in later versions of the software, but you used to be able to log in as a user to see what they would see. It was a great reality check on the set of permissions you thought you were assigning. But I can no longer find that function in my newer version.

Has anyone encountered this before and if so, is there anything we can do to get that function working again? Or has it been hiding in plain sight all along?
