Just a minor suggestion here. Instead of completely removing the ability to chat from the builder and players who already guessed correctly, I was thinking that those players can keep chatting, but only the builder and other players who already guessed correctly can see the messages from said players (i.e., people who are still guessing can't see messages from people who already guessed or from the builder), similarly to how Skribbl works.
