Commission Remaster (very low effort)

comissions are cool and all but we need a sequel
small balancing/qol update to lessen the grind a bit
i didn´t bother to put game balance in

rerolling
allow us to reroll any specific commission from the commissions menu.
this will cost 50k coins per reroll in the dwarven mines, 100k per in the crystal hollows, and 200k per in tthe glacite caves.
new/changed comms
add commisions to mine a certain amount of dwarven metals and ores in the dwarven mines
add very rare 1 in 200 chance...
