People might scream at me for this, but I genuinely feel like precise is way better than spiritual. The reason behind that is because of the reforge bonus.
Spiritual: 10% Chance to spawn a spirit decoy in a dungeon.
Precise: Deals 10% extra dmg when an arrow hits a head of a mob.
Correct me if I’m wrong, but I‘m pretty sure that spirit decoy can’t spawn outside a dungeon. Meanwhile precise works outside and inside dungeons, as long as you care to slightly aim a little higher.
