Could a staff member please help, I don't know what to do

For the first time in years I decided to try and log into my Minecraft account. After going through a whole process to regain access to my account it turns out I was banned on Hypixel. I don't know if someone hacked my account and pretended to be me, but apparently they even made an appeal because it won't let me. I was just trying to hop on to play with some college friends. What do I do?
