could I get punished for this

Some guy told me he was quitting and gave me 200m and a warden helmet + overflux. I am extremely happy but scared I am going to get banned or something. He is a legit level 150 profile, nothing suspicious yet seems to good to be true. Thank you anyone for help.


edit: if this is bannable I am completely happy for the items / money to be taken away, I dont care as they are not mine and I didn't earn them.
