Counting as high as possable, but everytime a Someone new posts, the counting number increases by 1

So Basicaly even after a year I don’t know how to start these when someone, who hasn’t posted in here yet posts, the counting number increases by 1

PLEASE MENTION IF YOU HAVENT POSTED HERE BEFORE TO MAKE IT OBVIOUS

Rules:
-No Posting twice in a row
-no making alts to increase the counting speed
-counting increase happens AFTER a new person posts (no one reads it annyways. it can be after or when the new person posts i dont care annymore)
