cow buff suggestions

Right now I think cow has 2 problems
1. Every single part of the kit except for like bucket barrier is underwhelming. The buckets are actually technically very good, but unfortunately its split into 2 passives while other classes with similar gathering passives like squid and hunter get theirs in 1.
