Crystal Hollows and Dwarven Mines on Stranded

This is an idea as to have crystal hollows stuff be obtainable on stranded, and to make it work well.

Add on the normal compactor in cobblestone collection that if placed on a cobblestone minion, the cobblestone minion's speed is increased by 40% but in return has all cobblestone made be hardstone.
Cobbles stone minions also have a 40% chance to produce mithril when treasurite is placed in them as an upgrade.
Queen Mismyla, Forger and Drill Mechanic NPCs are available at Mining 15
