I converted from vb4 to xenforo and there are soo many not pretty tags that are in all my posts.

How do I make it auto replace the old

[url]https://linkhere.com[/url]
turn into maybe
Code:

<p>https://linkhere.com</p>
instead.

I already tried to follow the xf docs https://xenforo.com/docs/xf2/bbcode/ but no luck
