This may sound like a horrible idea but hear me out.
CvC has a tiny player base. I understand that the admin team has more popular games to monitor and update. But as a side effect, cheating is a problem. People who cheat never get banned, and will continue to cheat in queue after queue unchallenged. And since most of this rule-breaking is done through X-ray texture packs, no bot will ever pick it up.
