Damage?

I am on ironman and I just got to combat 15.... So I can get dungeon items...... I am looking for some heavy armor, but it takes ~5 mins to kill a mob... any way to deal much higher damage for very early game ironman? Maybe 10 ender bows - 10% each? (don't say talis, It will take alot and will slightly increase the damage, fairy souls neither, will get those after I get aote...)
