I've recently seen that there is a new plus color, Dark Blue. This plus color is nowhere seen before and the update has just come. Here is a screenshot:
To get this plus color, it says that you need the 100 ranks gifted reward... This could mean 100 ranks that you need to gift but it doesn't matter because this feature is currently disabled and the staff team is probably working on it:
