Dark Claymore buff

Yeah, this is a pretty standard buffing post for the Dark Claymore, which is honestly hot garbage considering how rare it is on the hardest dungeon floor.

With that in mind, I want to take this rework differently than the others, buffing the claymore for bers while keeping it relatively the same for LCM.
