Day one fishing update suggestions

Hi , I see there is a maintenance confirming this update to come out, but I thought these changes would be nice day one changes.

• Increase the size of hotspots in the crimson isle
• Move the hotspot hologram a little up so we aren't blocked from right clicking near/on it
• Ice/Yeti rod shouldn't convert to the same sinker amount as auger rod
  • 50%/100%/200% should be the sinker progression amounts. Gotten from Frozen Steve and Yeti, then both are used with a winter orb to...
