Directing Media To Forum Threads?

I understand media uploaded to the gallery can be embedded into forum threads, but can the addon be configured to direct users to the thread the selected media was embedded in, to maintain a consistent chain of feedback and discussion?

EDIT: You may disregard my question. Managing and moderating content would become a logistical nightmare for my needs.
