Doubles sometimes can't open chest: competitive ban?

For a long time now i sometimes can't open chest in doubles.
Some people say it is from a cage, others say it's from a competitive ban, but IDK what it is.
I got banned recentley and still have competitive ban and this 'glithc' only happens after i got banned.
Anyone knows how to solve this?

If you think that i deserve this, OK
but my (random)teammates also have this glitch when they are in my team
