Drop Chance...

So I've noticed drop rates are completely unbalanced where some people get handles at earlier runs while other hundreds or even THOUSANDS of runs in, nothing. Same goes for Slayers with a heart or core, etc. I feel like the same idea implemented into dungeons should also be implemented in slayers with those mile stones cause i'd atleast be happy to grind for something rather than pointlessly grinding waiting for a drop.
